Our aim is for you to zone out and get lost in the music whilst keeping your heart happy and healthy.

We want you to fall in love with moving to music and making time for your own wellbeing. We offer a variety of classes to suit all styles of fitness and abilities including cardio, dance, weights and low impact workouts.

Pump workout

Utilising barbells and weight plates, pump fx provides a progressive, complete-body workout.

Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, multi-plane movement. If you’re looking to get lean then this is the class for you. You will be taught the correct technique for all exercises and as you choose your own weights you can progressively build up muscle and increase the weight to suit you. Classes are designed to be tough but the weight you choose should be comfortable so if you’re a beginner it’s best to start with lighter weights and progressively build up to the heavier weights the more you attend.

Barre Strength is a Ballet inspired workout, combining Cardio, Body weight resistance and stretching.

This program is designed to condition and strengthen your whole body just as a traditional ballet class would.

Clubbercise workout


Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits.

A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

RAVETONE workout

Rave Tone is a pre-choreographed license-free bodyweight resistance program designed to deliver a total body strength and endurance workout to your clients.

With a house and trance playlist, this uplifting workout is a great way to introduce resistance training to your ETM clients.

This workout is centred around an LBT style class including floor work and includes a power yoga inspired section. There are some base level plyometrics but these are easily avoidable if required.

Pre-choregraphed boxing

Pre-choregraphed boxing style class to upbeat music with zero equipment using your whole body to burn off the crazy.

Penalty workout

The Penalty Box® is a complete body workout program with over 119 Exercises based around a patented fitness product that is an agility grid and hurdle all in one. 

The Penalty Box® uses four squares to take the place of an agility ladder and easily folds into a hurdle and stores away in the shape of an L.

 Every person gets their own Penalty Box® and goes at their own pace instead of a regular agility ladder where you would stand in a line and each person would go one at a time.

With Penalty Box® workouts everyone is working at their own skill level. It can be the hardest or easiest workout in the world, depending on YOU.
